Arton by Rockwell is a condominium with three towers of varying heights. It had its groundbreaking in July of 2018. The first tower, the West Tower, is projected to be turned over by September 2022, with the last tower, the North Tower, to be turned over in October 2023.

Hawthorne Heights

Another project of Vista Land, Hawthorne Heights is a 41-storey condominium that had its groundbreaking in December 2018 and will be turned over in July 2023.

101 Xavierville

101 Xavierville by CityLand began its groundbreaking in April 2018. Designed to be 40-storeys high, it will be turned over in September of 2023.

Torre Lorenzo Loyola

The newest of the lot, Torre Lorenzo Loyola by the Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. began groundbreaking in July 2019. This 36-storey condominium will be turned over in November 2023.
